Are you looking to join a team of end user advocates shaping a user interface through an iterative user centred design process? We currently have a new opportunity for a UX Researcher, Human Factors Engineer to join our Calgary team. Working with a team of user experience and human factors experts, you will define the problem space and end user needs while advocating and expressing those needs to the engineering and development community.
You will make decisions based on human factors principles, research and usability testing for military systems, ensuring the soldiers have the tools they need to be effective. The end result is an iterative user centred design process to ensure usable interfaces; which need to be effectively communicated through written and verbal presentations to the design teams and customers.
