Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the Junior Human Resources Advisor is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of various HR functional areas, including: recruitment, employee relations, labour relations, and some aspects of compensation.
At the junior level, the HR Advisor is expected to have the ability to manage smaller client groups and/or one major client group, working closely with a more senior HR Advisor and/or Manager, and a considered a contributor to different HR initiatives.
